👋 Nice to meet you

Born in Paris with Filipino heritage, I moved to Berlin in 2015. I identify as non-binary and use they/them pronouns.
With a background in History of Arts (specialization in Digital arts) and Digital Communication, I bring in 14 years of experience working in Design, Strategy & Innovation.

Finding purpose in my work life is essential to me.
That’s why with my UX practice focus on strategic approach to gathering valuable data to validate assumptions through user research, with a strong emphasis on representing marginalized communities (gender, race, disabilities, sexual orientation, age).
My aim is to contribute to a future where users can engage with applications and digital products in a safe, ethical, and positive way.
When it comes to leadership, trust and transparency come first.
I believe in finding solutions over finding blame, creating an environment where people feel safe to experiment, learn, and grow.
I love supporting through mentoring, design reviews, and open discussions, and helping the team sharpen their skills.

In my free time, I love doing comedy!
I am part of several improvisation theater groups, which aims to show non conforming characters on stage. I am also performing alone on stage for stand up comedy.
I have also been told that I am a printmaking nerd, enjoy experimenting with techniques such as screen printing, linotype, and risography.
It really does feels fullfilling to create something tangible after a day spent on digital artefacts.
You can find a glimpse of this on my Instagram account.

If you want to know more, feel free to get in touch for a digital coffee.
