I believe that AI can provide emotional support to humans
My job at Humanaize is centered on two empathetic AI-powered chatbots:
Hop.e and Ami.
Ami, offers tailored content and resources that are customized to each company's distinctive needs.
It was already deployed in several companies at the beginning of my mission.
Hop.e is a third-party empathetic chatbot
that helps users with issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
My participation at Humanaize included:
Creation of a Survey with the Lean Survey Canvas
Leading interviews that includes people from marginalized communities (gender, race, neuro-diversity, age)
